PARISH DIARY FOR THE COMING WEEKS 3rd June – Church open for visitors, 11.30 – 1.30 7th June – Holy Communion, with Sunday School – Trinity 1 – A meeting of the PCC follows this service 8th June – Bishop’s Visitation (installation of churchwardens) at Holy Trinity church, Hoghton 10th June – Church open for visitors, 11.30 – 1.30 13th June – Joint meeting of the Benefice PCC’s re: recruitment of new vicar 14th June – All Age Worship – Trinity 2 17th June – Church open for visitors, 11.30 – 1.30 21st June – Holy Communion, with Sunday School – Trinity 3 21st June – Church open for visitors 2.00 – 4.00 pm, with guided tour at 2.30 pm 22nd June – Confirmation at 7.30 pm at All Saints Church 24th June – Church open for visitors, 11.30 – 1.30 25th June – Open the book rehearsal at 9.15 am at All Saints Church 28th June – Family Communion – Trinity 4 – The village treasure hunt follows this service with a BBQ lunch in church 30th June – Open the Book lead worship at St Mary’s and Mount Pleasant schools All services begin at 9.30 am unless stated otherwise. Sunday School is held in church during services of Holy Communion, on the first and third Sundays of the month, during school term times
