  1. The church will be open for visitors  on Wednesday between 11.30 and 1.30
  2. Next  weekend is the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Diocese of Blackburn and, along with most churches in the Diocese, we will be having a special weekend.
     – On Friday the      we are opening the church  to the workers on the industrial estate come across the road at lunchtime for soup and refreshments. – On Saturday the church will be open  with guided tours, the registers will be on display,  crafts and treasure hunt for the children and refreshment.  – On Sunday there will be a special service lead by our former vicar Revd. John Tranter.
  3. A massive thank you to the Accrington Army Cadets who volunteered yesterday to come and help tidy the churchyard, that have done an amazing job  and it looks fantastic.
